Today is such a glorious day for the people of Tusmore, man of the people and PAN leader Robert Dickson has taken full control of Tusmore as it’s King!

On the 29th of June 2021 the title of King was bestowed on Robert but it wasn’t until very recently that he ascended to the throne properly. Robert I of Tusmore has told us he eager to bring Tusmore forward into the future.
The issue of inactivity and stagnancy has plagued Tusmore of late but measured are being put in place to fix these issues. A census was called and we can now say Tusmore has 5 official residents, they will be critical to Tusmores success and longevity. What will the future hold for Tusmore, we cannot say. However we are confident the new King will either bring us forward or end this nation gracefully.
We however are confident, God Save the King. Slán.
Recently the Great Kingdom of Tusmore has plunged into inactivity. This seems to be a common trend within the Abelden Empire as a whole in recent weeks, for many reasons.
Tusmorish crown authorities and the Tanist council laid dormant for weeks until yesterday Senior Yeoman and head of the Tanist council Robert Dickson gave an activity ultimatum to the Royal family. This was gladly answered by the Rí (King) who claimed that he was very busy with state musical affairs and personal work. This is welcome news to the people of Tusmore and soon the state will be back on track very soon!
In PAN news, the party is committed to running in the next election in Tusmore for the Senate. Party chairman Robert Dickson has stated they will come back stronger in the next election and win back that seat for the PAN.
Just moments ago senior officials within Tusmore have decided to rip up the recent Tusmorish Constitution and form Tusmore into a republic.
This was mostly to annoy certain members of the Empire of Abelden and with complete disregard for the customs and rights of its citizens.
Not only is this an insult to all those who helped craft and write the constitution, it’s an insult to the very customs of our people. The Tanistry system was and is the last system of hope for Celtic people’s culture to remain in the modern era. This destruction of our noble custom is an insult and spit in the face from senior Tusmorish officials.
It just goes to show we cannot trust party’s like the Republicans or the Pirate Party who hold no care for the Tusmorish people but look to the interests of their parties and who’s toes they can step on.
Shame on them, shame on all those who follow them.
The Pro-GUM Emperor was forced to step down due to pressure from senior Abelden officials. The Emperor and his allies have been under increased scrutiny by members of Liberty Front since the GUM referendum and this action today was expected by some.
What happens next is now being decided by the powers that be. We hope the former Emperor all the best for the future.

As always the Celtic Culture Committee is at the forefront of protecting and preserving Celtic heritage and customs. This month the CCC recommends reading Rodney Castleden’s book ‘The Element Encyclopaedia of the Celts’, an in depth look at Celtic history and customs along with myths and legends that makes our great culture interesting.

This important piece was created to highlight the other saints of Ireland other than the three main ones (Patrick, Brigit and Columba). Other Saints include: Abbán moccu Corbmaic, Abel of Reims, Abran, Thomas of Green, Banban the Wise, Brendan of Clonfert, Broccán Clóen, Laisrén mac Nad Froích, Saint Midabaria, Senán mac Geirrcinn and Tírechán.
This months recommended dish is Champ. The recipe as follows:
Ingredients
100g spring onion, cut into rings, 150ml/¼ pint full-fat milk, 900g mashing potato, such as King Edward or Maris Piper, 85-100g/3-4oz butter, extra butter, for serving.
Method
Put the spring onions and milk in a small pan and heat to boiling. Take off the heat and leave to infuse.
Boil whole potatoes in their skins for 30-40 mins, or until tender (timing depends on their size). Drain and peel off the skins. Put the potatoes back in the pan, cover and gently heat for a min or two.
Remove from the heat and mash the potatoes with the butter until no lumps are left. Reheat the milk and the spring onions, then gradually beat this into the potatoes, mixing well with a wooden spoon to make the potatoes fluffy. Season well.
Serve on individual plates with a hollow in the centre of each serving in which you can put a big knob of butter. Diners then dip each forkful into the pool of melted butter before eating.

Party leader Robert Dickson resigned his senate seat in Tusmore.
‘I am sorry to disappoint my constituents by resigning at this current time but I cannot continue while foreign powers medal with our nation and put pressure on our king to act rashly. I thank you all for the pleasure to represent you and wish luck to the next person to take my seat’ – Robert Dickson, PAN Chairman.
It is not yet known what will happen in the coming weeks but for now PAN is out of government and out of Tusmorish politics.
Tusmore of recent has become a cesspool of republican ‘yes man’ ideas, are the minds of my fellow Tusmore citizens melted. Free thought and debate is all but nought, no care and consideration is being put forward with this new constitution and things are being rammed though in an effort to both complete the process and set the foundations for republicans to get their dangerous ideas in.
We here at PAN wish to inform you that we are doing all we can to thwart this disaster but our efforts are often in vein. Hopefully my fellow Tusmorish citizens will see the errors and stand firm against the Republican Storm!
In other news PAN has adopted a new Logo (seen above), hopefully this will further improve our party’s image and makes us look more professional. A new wave of posters and political images will be produced in the coming weeks to keep our political opponents on their toes.
My final word this week is on the upcoming snap election, the choice is the Republicans (Brandon Wu) who have no thought for our people or their culture and only wish to bring in their republican ideas to suit themselves, the PRC (Connor Stumperth) who are lapdogs of the Federal Government and have little interest in real change and promotion of Tusmore or Chase Nanatovich the Independent who is the best of the bad bunch in this election. None are our first choice but for the good of Tusmore I will be putting my vote behind Chase who I believe will uphold the will of the Tusmorish people.
Make sure you choose carefully and put Tusmore’s best interests first.
We did it, we made a stand and won our place on the Tusmore Senate. Our Leader, Robert Dickson, will make our voices heard, he will make sure our peoples values and wishes are at the forefront of the political agenda. The NUP may not be the ruling party but we have show we are not just some minor force that can be brushed away and we will make sure the other parties know this.

So what is next? Well so far the Tusmore senate has done nothing, despite countless calls from our Representative, this shows the blatant lack of care by the other members of the senate to engage with the problems facing Tusmore. This should be a warning to all, the Republicans and even independents cannot be trusted to govern Tusmore. Only strong NUP support can help us get though these tough times.

Ceannaire Daoine(Party Leader), Robert Dickson, has come recently chaired a meeting of the CCC and they are in the process of bringing forward some new ideas to be implemented to protect our way of life and out development as a people. For now all we can do is pray and hope the Senate resumes action, the Citizens are waiting. We can’t wait forever.
Only you can make your voice heard in this coming election, the choice is between the republicans who want to destabilize the monarchy and have done very little to promote our people and culture, and Us the NUP who have tirelessly worked hard to help preserve our culture and way of life.
Our Manifesto this election:
The 10 Point Plan:
1) Improve the Standing of the Irish Language across Tusmore.
By introducing legislation that will make the learning Irish compulsory in schools and offering optional after school organisations to improve their understanding and learning of the language.
2) Abolish fees on all levels of education including University fees.
Every Child has the right to free schooling and Higher Education. No longer will fees and debt be a factor in making those choices for a child’s future.
3) Introduce St. Patrick’s day as an official holiday.
Patrick is the Irish peoples patron saint, the state should recognize this as a national holiday.
4) Tighten Immigration from outside Tusmore.
Everyone must be able to integrate into Tusmore society, as a small kingdom we must make sure the best and the brightest come to our great state.
5) Give more power back to people: Referendums, reforms and local level politics.
The voice of the people of Tusmore need to be heard, widening the Senate and/or creating a lower chamber would allow for more representation within the state.
6) Free Public transport to those in education, pregnant women and OAPs.
No longer should the burden of travel costs hinder these social groups, creating a Public Transport Cost Exemption Card (PTCEC) will allow chosen people to travel for free on all Public Transport.
7) Toughen the Criminal code and increase the police force budge/ if no police then create a new police force.
The People of Tusmore deserve safety, a Tusmore Police service will help ensure that safety.
8) Move towards the Tanistry system of Rule, promoting more Irish forms of Government.
The tanistry system was a key role in selecting Chieftains/Kings in the old world, now is the time to bring that system to Tusmore. Making the system of rule more fairer.
9) Create a nationally recognized Youth Organisation: The Tusmore Scouts.
Children need a place of play and learning with other children of the same age group, the Tusmore Scouts will provide a safe and fun learning environment for kids to learn new skills and bond with other kids.
10) Promote Catholic values throughout Tusmore Society.
The Principles of fairness and charity is most important in catholic teaching, we wish to extend those ethics in Tusmore.
There are many more issues the party is considering but these are the main points they wish to push though the Government.
